Your privacy is assured by us at Clare's Celtic Cornucopia we guarantee not to pass  or to sell on any personal information that you may give us to any third party. We will not send you e-mails regarding our products unless you ask us to put you on our mailing list.

You must be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Your money will be refunded in full or you may have a replacement if you change your mind within 7 days of receipt of purchase. If your purchase is faulty or damaged in any way then you are entitled to a full refund or replacement - whichever you prefer.

How Quickly Will I Receive My Order?

Delivery will be by mail and usually within 7-10 days (US and Canada) from receiving your order (subject to events beyond our control).

For products that are ordered for individual names, clans, tartans or other 'special order goods' it may take up to 4 weeks for the product to be dispatched as they will be coming over from Scotland - we promise to keep you fully informed of when to expect a  'special order'.

Methods of Payment

Payment must be made in full before products can be dispatched to you.  We accept Mastercard, Visa or Paypal.  You may write a check but goods will not be sent until the personal check clears - usually in 7-10 days. Checks will only be accepted in US Dollars - international orders can be paid for using either a credit card or international bankers draft in US Currency.  Money Orders are also accepted as long as the money order is in US Dollars.

If paying by Mastercard or Visa, then you are assured that payment is routed through a secure server using encryption standard SSL - this encrypts all details of the transaction for your safety.  In the event of a credit card transaction not being authorized we will contact you.
